Try loosening the belt a little. Did you have some work done at a shop recently? They usually tighten the belt too much. I do not recommend putting any lubricant on the belt, even belt dressing. Any lubricant could cause the belt to slip and the "teeth" on the belt could be damaged. I've had the chirping problem on both the Suzi and my HD and both times the belt was too tight. On the HD it was after I had a new tire mounted and on the Suzi it was when we first got it.
